Proposal for semester topic
The topic I chose to do is How has technology shaped our perception of concepts like "Athletes"? I chose this topic because I'm an athlete. I think this is an interesting topic, many people will relate and understand the things I'm going to discuss. Technology plays a big role in our perception of pro athletes. They we see them through technology effects they way we feel about and view these athletes.

I think this is an original topic, which will result in an interesting final product.
I know we talked about it in class, but a potential research question could be "What effect does technology have on our perception of athletes?" You'd need to define "technology;" for example, do you mean cell phone pictures? YouTube videos? Do you mean technology's ability to instantly provide information?
i like how you chose a topic that you love and can relate to. it makes it all the more fun and interesting.
